Not Yo' Mama's offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please call us at 205-862-6254 for credit or replacement instructions. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee to any returned wholesale orders.
Shipping
Not Yo' Mama's is located in Birmingham, AL, all in-stock orders should be received within 7-10 business days.
Expedited Delivery:
Expedited delivery options are available Monday-Friday for orders to the 48 contiguous states only. Saturday and Sunday are not considered delivery days. Contact us for expedited delivery rates.
Damaged Goods:
Credit or replacements will be issued for damaged or missing goods reported within seven days of receiving delivery. UPS reserves the right to inspect damaged goods prior to issuing a claim; please hold damaged goods for 48 hours.
Holidays:
Business Days are Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays. If you would like to inquire about a specific holiday, and shipping availability for expedited orders, please call us at 205-862-6254.
